Yesterday...
... all my troubles weren't being faraway, but it's a good day :) A transferred me some money. Very little, but something is better than nothing. And I thank God for that!
I was supposed to post this entry yesterday, but I wasn't in the mood and my mind was being too happy to concentrate in writing :D
Yesterday, Agek came here with her sister Afang. Afang came from Medan and she brought this traditional cake called "Bika Ambon" and a couple of Bakcangs. She only gave us 2 bakcangs because as a Muslim, Miskiyah doesn't eat pork. I don't really like bakcang myself, so we still have 1 bakcang left after Dad had 1 for lunch yesterday.
Before she left, Agek gave me this business proposal to get translated. It's Ronald's actually, and there are 17 pages to get translated from Indonesian to English. They give me a week to get everything done, I hope I can do it by that time. They're leaving to Bali yesterday. Ronald, Agek, Afang, Jethro and Chloe. I'm jealous :)
I was actually not feeling well the last couple of days, but I get my health back today. Yay! :)
In the evening, Reza picked me up and we went to Ella's. I collected the moisturizer from Dr. Eva that she's supposed to give Vivi on Sunday so she could send it to me. We didn't stay long at Ella's because we're hungry. So we went to Sambas and had chicken satay! Yay!
I didn't have peanut sauce on my satay as I'm afraid I now am really allergic to nuts. So it's just sweet soya sauce. It still tastes good, though :) We ate our satay in the car because my nose was still blocked last night and Reza said the haze from the satay making would worsen my flu. That's sweet, I think.

Don't a lot of restaurants use peanut oil for cooking? The first time I went to Indonesia was with a classmate who was allergic to nuts and she had a really hard time trying to avoid them.
Mmm.. nummy.
