Being a child. Being childish. Being childlike. Being free from the obligations and responsibilities as an adult. Being excused as "I'm only a child." Being protected. Being defended. Being silly, stupid and dirty but still looked cute. Being naked but still looked innocent. Being creative and imaginative without being told that I was crazy. Being pampered. Being my parents' little angel and Dad's little princess. Being flooded with compliments when I did something good. Having both of my parents. My mother. Those cute little outfits. Santa's gifts on Christmas Day. Sitting on Santa's lap. Bedtime stories. Childhood songs. Being that young. Having that kind of skin. Having that kind of faith. Having that kind of free and joyful spirit.
