Fun topic, Connie. I really like those signs they have in Western style toilets in Asian countries warning people not to stand on the toilet seat (the warnings never seem to work though as there are always someone's footprints on the seat). I also have to laugh at the Singapore toilet signs that warn of a fine if you don't flush properly (do they still have these? Didn't notice any last time we were in Singapore which I thought was a pity).

Singapore is a "fine" country :D It's my second home though, Cath. I loved my staying there for a couple of years...

Yes, I like Singapore too. My cousin and his wife live there now - they are over in Jurong working as teachers.

Ah. I was in Cavenaugh Rd. the first year I was there, then the second time I stayed there, I stayed in Ava Rd. (can't remember what's the name of the district now lol)
